At Top Floors we provide and install both solid, and engineered hardwood, as well as refinishing services. Solid hardwood is 100% natural wood, with the most common species being oak, maple, birch, and hickory. Engineered hardwood consist of a solid hardwood top layer, with a manufactured plywood sub-layer. Not all hardwoods are created equal, each species offer a different style and texture.
